Whidbey Moments are photo art of Whidbey Island scenes captured and artistically enhanced by local artist, Mark Kochanski, to be more painting like. Mark, living near Greenbank, Washington, hopes his art allows visitors and residents alike to connect with their own fond memories of Whidbey Island and share them with family and friends. Mark brings his own enjoyment of working puzzles to their design.
